Without an unboxing video, we will be unable to process a replacement. ______________ 🔄 Exchange Policy • Exchanges are allowed for the same product only. • If the desired product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued. • Exchange is permitted once per order. Please Note: • Customized items (e.g., name-personalized) are not eligible for exchange. • Exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as disliking the product or its color. (Please read product descriptions and size details carefully before ordering.) • Sale/discounted items, or those bought using a coupon or gift voucher, are non-exchangeable. • Products must be unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact to qualify for an exchange. • Size-related issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email, along with a repackaging video. • Minimal to & fro shipping charges may apply based on parcel size. • In case reverse pickup is unavailable for your PIN code, you may need to self-ship the product. • If the product is not handed over within 5–7 business days after the exchange request, the request will be canceled.
