    🚫 Order Cancellation
    • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
    • To request a cancellation, email us at support@sognoz.com with your Order ID.
    • Cancelled orders will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

    📦 Transit Damage
    While damages in transit are rare, if you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:
    • An unboxing video is mandatory.
    Kindly record the parcel being opened clearly, showing the item and any damage.
    • Email the video to support@sognoz.com.
    Without an unboxing video, we will be unable to process a replacement.

    🔄 Exchange Policy
    • Exchanges are allowed for the same product only.
    • If the desired product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued.
    • Exchange is permitted once per order.
    Please Note:
    • Customized items (e.g., name-personalized) are not eligible for exchange.
    • Exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as disliking the product or its color.
    (Please read product descriptions and size details carefully before ordering.)
    • Sale/discounted items, or those bought using a coupon or gift voucher, are non-exchangeable.
    • Products must be unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact to qualify for an exchange.
    • Size-related issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email, along with a repackaging video.
    • Minimal to & fro shipping charges may apply based on parcel size.
    • In case reverse pickup is unavailable for your PIN code, you may need to self-ship the product.
    • If the product is not handed over within 5–7 business days after the exchange request, the request will be canceled.

    🔁 Return Policy
    Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
    • Damaged product received
    • Incorrect product delivered
    Return Instructions:
    • An unboxing video is mandatory.
    Record the parcel opening and clearly show the issue.

    • Without an opening video, we cannot process the return.

    • Our team will get back to you within 48–72 hours.

    💸 Refunds
    • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 4–6 working days, subject to bank processing timelines.
